That was wonderful Abby! I can hardly wait to see what lies ahead in chapter two!

I can already tell that Parker and her grandmaother have a very special relationship. I am anxious to see where you take it.

    Bravo to you!

I was fortunate enough to get a complete copy of this book in advance of its release and read it this summer. This is a wonderful book that reminds us that who we are today is shaped in many ways by our childhood. It’s a great story about emotional turmoil, guilt, love, grief and relationships. The dialogue runs so smoothly that you will loose track of time while reading and the characters come to life before your eyes. This book would make a good movie. The author writes with such ease it will make you want to search your closet for that “thing” that will connect you to your loved ones of the past and will make you re-examine your current relationships. However you interpret this book into your own life know that utmost it is enjoyable reading and hopefully this book will make you think.

Such a unique story about love and loss and a very special relationship between a grandmother and granddaughter. Like Joann, I was lucky enough to read it prior to the release (a couple of times, actually!) and look forward to seeing what else Abby writes.

I look forward to each chapter and want so much to “get into” the characters.I wish I did not have to wait a week for the next chapter. I love stories that make you think about your relationships with people in your own lives and how important these relationships are FOREVER.

I finished the book in less than a week and loved it!!!! I feel like I read it in one breath. A breath of fresh air after reading textbooks all semester. A truly captivating story!
